Job Title: IT Recruiter (SAP Specialist)

Job Summary:

AHVI Infotech Pvt. Ltd., A PGC Digital(PradeepIt Global Consulting) Companyseeking a skilled IT Recruiter with 2-5 years of experience specializing in SAP module hiring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, screening, and onboarding SAP professionals across various domains. A key part of this role will be leveraging LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms to identify top talent and build a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for SAP roles, including functional, technical, and techno-functional positions.

Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.

Conduct preliminary screening and assessments to match candidates with job requirements.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Sourcing & Candidate Engagement:

Utilize LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals for proactive sourcing.

Engage with passive and active candidates, maintaining a strong talent pipeline.

Build relationships with SAP professionals through networking, cold outreach, and professional communities.

Stakeholder & Client Management:

Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand SAP talent needs.

Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, market insights, and hiring trends.

Process & Database Management:

Maintain an updated database of SAP candidates with detailed profiles.

Ensure smooth documentation and onboarding of selected candidates.

Track key recruitment metrics such as TAT, sourcing effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 2-5 years of IT recruitment experience, with a focus on SAP module hiring
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing (Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Good knowledge of SAP modules likeSAP ABAP, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP CRM, SAP BW, SAPHANA, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals (LinkedIn,Naukri, Monster, Dice, Indeed, etc.).
  • Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and manage high-volume hiring.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicants Tracking Systems) and recruitment CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in an IT staffing firm or consulting company is a plus.

Familiarity with international SAP hiring (US, Europe, etc.) is a bonus.
