Job summary

GyanSys Inc. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong SAP hiring focus. You will drive end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, interview scheduling and offer negotiations from Bangalore office.

This Individual Contributor role requires 6–10 years in TA, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple openings with timeliness.

Qualifications

• 6 - 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on SAP hiring.
• End-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, coordination with stakeholders, interview scheduling and offers.
• Proficient in using Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals for candidate sourcing and talent mapping.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for SAP and related roles.
• Source, screen and map candidates; coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Own interview scheduling, negotiation and closing offers.

JD as below

• 6 - 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a strong focus on hiring for SAP (Mandatory).
• Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
• Strong experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals for effective candidate sourcing and talent mapping as it's an Individual Contribution role.
• Excellent communication and comprehension skills with the ability to assess both technical and behavioural competencies.
• Confident personality with the ability to interact professionally with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously and meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
• Willingness to work from Office 5 days a week (11 AM - 8 PM IST).
