Job summary

Highbrow Technology Inc. seeks a SAP HCM Testing Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on SAP HCM testing experience across Time Management and Payroll modules. You will work with JIRA, Agile teams and participate in delivery, testing complex PCRs and payroll rules, including ABAP reports and custom objects.

Candidate should have hands-on experience with test automation tools (TOSCA or similar) and be capable of supporting SIT and UAT cycles, defect management, and retroactive payroll testing.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of hands-on SAP HCM testing experience, focusing on Time Management and Payroll.
• Experience with JIRA, Agile methods and delivery.
• Proven ability testing complex PCRs, schema changes, and payroll rule changes.
• Experience testing ABAP reports and objects in SAP HCM.
• Hands-on with SAP test automation tools (TOSCA or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead SIT cycles and support UAT, including defect management and retesting.
• Collaborate with functional, technical and business teams to ensure quality.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts; review test results and metrics.
• Validate retroactive payroll processing impacts and testing implications.

Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Kolkata

Experience : 6+ Years

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM testing, with strong exposure to Time Management and Payroll modules.


• experience in JIRA, Agile and Delivery


• Demonstrated experience testing complex custom PCRs, schema modifications, and time/payroll rule changes.


• Experience testing custom ABAP reports and objects within an SAP HCM landscape.


• Hands-on experience with test automation tools for SAP (TOSCA or similar); ability to build and maintain automated test scripts independently.


• Solid understanding of retroactive payroll processing and its testing implications.


• Experience executing SIT cycles and supporting UAT, including defect management and retesting.


• Strong understanding of SAP HCM-standard testing terminology (e.g., Positive Functional Test, Retroactive Accounting Check, Personnel Subgroup Variant).


• Excellent communication skills, with ability to work directly with functional, technical, and business teams.

Good to have:

• Experience with S/4HANA HCM landscapes.


• Exposure to Fiori/OData testing.


• Experience testing integrations between SAP HCM and third-party/ServiceNow-type systems.


• Familiarity with collective agreement-driven configuration testing (union/non-union employee groups).


• SAP HCM functional certification.
