Job summary

Highbrow Technology Inc. is seeking an SAP HCM Testing Consultant to join their team across Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Kolkata. The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years of hands-on SAP HCM testing experience, focusing on Time Management and Payroll, with strong JIRA and Agile delivery skills.

Candidates should have experience testing custom PCRs, ABAP reports, retroactive payroll, and performing SIT cycles with UAT support. Familiarity with SAP HCM testing terminology is essential.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM testing, with exposure to Time Management and Payroll modules.
• Experience in JIRA, Agile and Delivery.
• Testing of complex custom PCRs, schema changes, and time/payroll rule changes.
• Testing custom ABAP reports and objects within SAP HCM.
• Hands-on experience with SAP test automation tools (TOSCA or similar).
• Understanding retroactive payroll processing and testing implications.
• Experience executing SIT cycles and supporting UAT, including defect management and retesting.
• Strong SAP HCM testing terminology knowledge.

Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Kolkata

Experience : 6+ Years

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM testing, with strong exposure to Time Management and Payroll modules.


• experience in JIRA, Agile and Delivery


• Demonstrated experience testing complex custom PCRs, schema modifications, and time/payroll rule changes.


• Experience testing custom ABAP reports and objects within an SAP HCM landscape.


• Hands-on experience with test automation tools for SAP (TOSCA or similar); ability to build and maintain automated test scripts independently.


• Solid understanding of retroactive payroll processing and its testing implications.


• Experience executing SIT cycles and supporting UAT, including defect management and retesting.


• Strong understanding of SAP HCM-standard testing terminology (e.g., Positive Functional Test, Retroactive Accounting Check, Personnel Subgroup Variant).


• Excellent communication skills, with ability to work directly with functional, technical, and business teams.

Good to have:

• Experience with S/4HANA HCM landscapes.


• Exposure to Fiori/OData testing.


• Experience testing integrations between SAP HCM and third-party/ServiceNow-type systems.


• Familiarity with collective agreement-driven configuration testing (union/non-union employee groups).


• SAP HCM functional certification.
