Job summary

Highbrow Technology Inc. is seeking a SAP HCM Testing Consultant to join our team across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai or Kolkata. The role requires 6+ years of hands-on SAP HCM testing experience, especially in Time Management and Payroll modules.

You will work with cross-functional teams, use JIRA and Agile methodologies, test complex PCRs and retroactive payroll scenarios, and contribute to SIT/UAT cycles with defect management and retesting.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM testing, with strong exposure to Time Management and Payroll modules.
• Experience in JIRA, Agile and Delivery.
• Demonstrated experience testing complex custom PCRs, schema modifications, and time/payroll rule changes.
• Experience testing custom ABAP reports and objects within an SAP HCM landscape.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools for SAP (TOSCA or similar); ability to build and maintain automated test scripts independently.
• Solid understanding of retroactive payroll processing and its testing implications.
• Experience executing SIT cycles and supporting UAT, including defect management and retesting.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM-standard testing terminology (e.g., Positive Functional Test, Retroactive Accounting Check, Personnel Subgroup Variant).
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to work directly with functional, technical, and business teams.

Responsibilities
