Job summary

Highbrow Technology Inc is seeking a SAP HCM Testing Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on SAP HCM testing experience, focusing on Time Management and Payroll. Location options include Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, and Kolkata.

The role requires strong JIRA and Agile skills, experience with ABAP reports, and hands-on test automation (TOSCA or similar). You will support SIT and UAT, manage defects, and collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM testing, with strong exposure to Time Management and Payroll modules.
• experience in JIRA, Agile and Delivery
• Demonstrated experience testing complex custom PCRs, schema modifications, and time/payroll rule changes.
• Experience testing custom ABAP reports and objects within an SAP HCM landscape.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools for SAP (TOSCA or similar); ability to build and maintain automated test scripts independently.
• Solid understanding of retroactive payroll processing and its testing implications.
• Experience executing SIT cycles and supporting UAT, including defect management and retesting.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM-standard testing terminology (e.g., Positive Functional Test, Retroactive Accounting Check, Personnel Subgroup Variant).
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to work directly with functional, technical, and business teams.

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM testing, with strong exposure to Time Management and Payroll modules.
