Job summary

Highbrow Technology Inc is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Testing Consultant to join our services delivery team across multiple client locations in Bengaluru, including Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, and Kolkata.

You will lead testing activities for Time Management and Payroll modules, contribute to test automation, coordinate SIT/UAT, and collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery for client projects.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM testing, with strong exposure to Time Management and Payroll modules.
• experience in JIRA, Agile and Delivery
• Demonstrated experience testing complex custom PCRs, schema modifications, and time/payroll rule changes.
• Experience testing custom ABAP reports and objects within an SAP HCM landscape.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools for SAP (TOSCA or similar); ability to build and maintain automated test scripts independently.
• Solid understanding of retroactive payroll processing and its testing implications.
• Experience executing SIT cycles and supporting UAT, including defect management and retesting.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM-standard testing terminology (e.g., Positive Functional Test, Retroactive Accounting Check, Personnel Subgroup Variant).
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to work directly with functional, technical, and business teams.

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM testing, with strong exposure to Time Management and Payroll modules.

• SAP HCM functional certification.
