Job summary

Highbrow Technology Inc. is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Testing Consultant in India to lead testing for Time Management and Payroll modules. You will drive SIT cycles, support UAT, and collaborate with functional and tech teams to ensure accurate payroll processing and data integrity.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of hands-on SAP HCM testing experience, strong automation skills with TOSCA, and proven ability to test complex ABAP reports and PCR/schema changes.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM testing, with strong exposure to Time Management and Payroll modules.
• Experience with JIRA, Agile and Delivery.
• Testing complex custom PCRs, schema modifications, and time/payroll rule changes.
• Experience testing custom ABAP reports and objects within an SAP HCM landscape.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools for SAP (TOSCA or similar).
• Understanding retroactive payroll testing implications.
• Experience executing SIT cycles and supporting UAT, including defect management and retesting.
• Strong SAP HCM testing terminology knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to work with functional, technical, and business teams.

Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Kolkata

Experience : 6+ Years

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM testing, with strong exposure to Time Management and Payroll modules.


• experience in JIRA, Agile and Delivery


• Demonstrated experience testing complex custom PCRs, schema modifications, and time/payroll rule changes.


• Experience testing custom ABAP reports and objects within an SAP HCM landscape.


• Hands-on experience with test automation tools for SAP (TOSCA or similar); ability to build and maintain automated test scripts independently.


• Solid understanding of retroactive payroll processing and its testing implications.


• Experience executing SIT cycles and supporting UAT, including defect management and retesting.


• Strong understanding of SAP HCM-standard testing terminology (e.g., Positive Functional Test, Retroactive Accounting Check, Personnel Subgroup Variant).


• Excellent communication skills, with ability to work directly with functional, technical, and business teams.

Good to have:

• Experience with S/4HANA HCM landscapes.


• Exposure to Fiori/OData testing.


• Experience testing integrations between SAP HCM and third-party/ServiceNow-type systems.


• Familiarity with collective agreement-driven configuration testing (union/non-union employee groups).


• SAP HCM functional certification.
