Highbrow Technology Inc. in India seeks an experienced SAP HCM Testing Consultant to join projects across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, and Kolkata.

You will lead hands-on SAP HCM testing focusing on Time Management and Payroll, and collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of SAP HCM testing experience, strong knowledge of test automation tools (TOSCA or equivalent), and proven experience with SIT/UAT cycles, defect management, and

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of hands-on SAP HCM testing experience, with strong exposure to Time Management and Payroll modules.
• Experience in JIRA, Agile and Delivery.
• Testing complex custom PCRs, schema modifications, and time/payroll rule changes.
• Experience testing custom ABAP reports and objects within an SAP HCM landscape.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools for SAP (TOSCA or similar); ability to build and maintain automated test scripts independently.
• Solid understanding of retroactive payroll processing and its testing implications.
• Experience executing SIT cycles and supporting UAT, including defect management and retesting.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM-standard testing terminology (e.g., Positive Functional Test, Retroactive Accounting Check, Personnel Subgroup Variant).
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to work directly with functional, technical, and business teams.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM testing, with strong exposure to Time Management and Payroll modules.


• experience in JIRA, Agile and Delivery


• Demonstrated experience testing complex custom PCRs, schema modifications, and time/payroll rule changes.


• Experience testing custom ABAP reports and objects within an SAP HCM landscape.


• Hands-on experience with test automation tools for SAP (TOSCA or similar); ability to build and maintain automated test scripts independently.


• Solid understanding of retroactive payroll processing and its testing implications.


• Experience executing SIT cycles and supporting UAT, including defect management and retesting.

Good to have:

• Experience with S/4HANA HCM landscapes.

• Familiarity with collective agreement-driven configuration testing (union/non-union employee groups).


• SAP HCM functional certification.
