Job summary

Highbrow Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Testing Consultant to join our national delivery teams in India. The role focuses on robust SAP HCM testing across Time Management and Payroll, with hands-on experience in SIT/UAT cycles and defect management.

You will work with functional, technical, and business teams, executing tests for complex PCRs, ABAP reports, and payroll configurations. Strong knowledge of TOSCA or similar test automation tools is required.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM testing, with strong exposure to Time Management and Payroll modules.
• Experience in JIRA, Agile and Delivery.
• Demonstrated experience testing complex custom PCRs, schema modifications, and time/payroll rule changes.
• Experience testing custom ABAP reports and objects within an SAP HCM landscape.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools for SAP (TOSCA or similar); ability to build and maintain automated test scripts independently.
• Solid understanding of retroactive payroll processing and its testing implications.
• Experience executing SIT cycles and supporting UAT, including defect management and retesting.
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM-standard testing terminology (e.g., Positive Functional Test, Retroactive Accounting Check, Personnel Subgroup Variant).
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to work directly with functional, technical, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and execute SAP HCM test cycles for Time Management and Payroll.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT testing, defect triage and retesting with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using TOSCA or similar tools.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 6-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM testing, with strong exposure to Time Management and Payroll modules.
