Nation Wood Interior is seeking a Salesperson to engage walk-in clients at the West End showroom and translate their design needs into tailored interior solutions.

You will present products, prepare quotations, and coordinate with design and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups, while supporting sales targets with diligent documentation and on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of interior design concepts and product specifications.
• Proficiency in basic sales documentation and client records.
• Excellent English communication; local languages advantageous.
• On-site showroom experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in furniture, interiors, real estate, or design-related sales preferred.
• Minimum high school diploma; degree in business/marketing/interior design is a plus.

Role Description

The Salesperson will work full time on-site at Nation Wood Interior, located in West End DLF Chattarpur Farms. In this role, the Salesperson will greet walk-in clients, understand their design and furnishing requirements, and present suitable products and interior solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting showroom presentations, preparing and following up on quotations, coordinating with design and project teams, and maintaining accurate sales records. The Salesperson will also manage client communication, support after-sales service, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets. This position requires consistent on-site presence to support clients, designers, and contractors throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing skills, including active listening, negotiation, and relationship building.
• Ability to understand interior design concepts, product specifications, and finishes, with an interest in design and aesthetics.
• Proficiency in basic sales documentation, such as quotations, invoices, and client records, and comfort with common office software.
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English; additional local languages are an advantage.
• Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple clients, and meet sales targets.
• Prior experience in furniture, interiors, real estate, or design-related sales is preferred.
• Minimum high school diploma; a degree or diploma in business, marketing, or interior design is an added benefit.
