Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to fix and confirm customer site visits

• Coach the team on soft skills: communication, objection handling and follow-ups
• Track daily and weekly targets, site-visit numbers and conversions
• Keep CRM and lead records accurate, and report progress to management
• Hire, onboard and mentor new Pre Sales Executives

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Team Leader in real estate pre sales (real estate experience is mandatory)
• Excellent spoken and written English (compulsory)
• Strong understanding of lead management, tele-calling and site-visit coordination
• Good leadership, coaching and target-driven skills
• Working knowledge of CRM
