Job summary

Acrerise Realty is seeking a Real Estate Sales Team Lead to drive property sales in Odisha and mentor a team of sales executives. You will spearhead lead generation, client meetings, site visits, and price negotiations with a focus on achieving targets.

The ideal candidate has real estate sales experience with team leadership, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales goals in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales is preferred.
• Experience in real estate sales with team-handling responsibilities.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and close property deals.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local market trends and real estate pricing.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
