Job summary

Ashley Estate Housing Llp in Gurugram is seeking a Team Leader for Pre Sales to guide a high-performing group of executives. You will coordinate site visits with the sales team, train the team on pricing and pitches, and coach on communication and follow-ups.

You’ll track targets, maintain CRM accuracy, and report progress to management while hiring and mentoring new pre-sales staff. Strong English is mandatory and real estate experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–5 years as a Team Leader in real estate pre sales.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong lead management, tele-calling and site-visit coordination.
• Good leadership, coaching and target-driven skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor and motivate a team of Pre Sales Executives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good leadership, coaching and target-driven skills
• Working knowledge of CRM
