Repplen Projects in Tamil Nadu is seeking a Pre-Sales Team Leader to manage leads from enquiry through site visit coordination, follow-up, and booking closure.

You will own lead conversion, coordinate with the sales team, and maintain Sell.Do CRM records while reporting progress to your manager.

Qualifications

• 45 years of sales experience with a strong record of meeting targets.
• Experience in residential real estate sales or pre-sales.
• Working knowledge of Sell.Do CRM.

Responsabilités

• Contact incoming leads promptly, understand customer requirements, and qualify prospects.
• Explain project details, pricing, availability, and the booking process clearly.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team to move prospects toward closure.
• Follow up consistently on enquiries, site visits, and pending decisions.
• Own assigned lead conversion and booking closure targets.
• Maintain accurate lead stages, activities, and reports in Sell.Do.
• Track conversion performance and share regular updates with the reporting manager.

Requirements

• 45 years of sales experience, with a strong record of meeting targets.
• Experience in residential real estate sales or pre-sales is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Sell.Do CRM is preferred.
• Strong communication, customer handling, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to take ownership of leads through to closure.
