Job summary

Le Human Resources Solutions in Pune is seeking a results-driven professional for sales and business development in wind turbine and gearbox sectors. The role requires a BE in Mechanical/Production/Automotive, 5+ years in engineering or industrial product companies, and experience in selling to OEMs.

Candidates should have scheduling/planning or strategy background, ability to prepare management reports in Word/PowerPoint/Excel, and exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Production or Automotive) from a recognized institution.
• 5+ years in Sales/Business Development in engineering or industrial product companies.
• Experience handling wind turbine or gearbox OEMs.
• Experience in scheduling, planning or strategic roles.
• Proficient in creating reports in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• MBA in Marketing or Operations is preferred.
• Experience in bearing industry is advantageous.
• Exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems.
