Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Indore invites an experienced Sr Sales Executive to drive growth and close deals across assigned territories. You will generate leads, manage key accounts, and coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure timely order execution.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience, B2B/B2C experience, and territory handling. Bearings knowledge is a plus. You will mentor juniors and contribute to strategy development.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 3-5 years of experience in sales (Bearings Knowledge added as advantage)
• Experience in B2B or B2C sales and territory handling

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and develop business opportunities in assigned territory
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Negotiate and close sales deals with customers
• Manage relationships with existing clients and high-value accounts
• Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions
• Handle client escalations and maintain satisfaction
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback; Prepare sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates
• Share insights with management to inform sales strategy
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and accounts for smooth order execution
• Mentor and guide junior sales executives when required
• Participate in product launches, promotions, and trade shows
• Ensure proper order documentation and follow-ups
