Job summary

Shree Shakti Vyapaar Private Limited, Kolkata-based, seeks two industrial sales professionals with 2–5 years of experience in bearing and related products to drive sales across India.

You will engage with customers like NTPC, BHEL and other industries, translate technical specs into BOQ scope, negotiate techno-commercial terms, and travel nationwide for RFQ discussions.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Industrial Sales.
• Experience in sales of bearing / similar products in industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of Bearings, Housing and coupling or similar products.
• Experience with technical requirement & application details of the above products.
• Experience with customer selection, registration & qualification in NTPC, BHEL, and other industries.
• Strong stakeholder management with customers.
• Grasp of technical specifications and ability to translate into scope of supply / BOQ.
• Techno-commercial negotiations.
• Drive sales and identify new customers.
• Willingness to travel nationwide across India for RFQ discussions.
• Good presentation and command over English.

Responsibilities

• Attend RFQ discussions and drive order finalisation nationwide.
• Identify and engage new customers across industries.
• Translate technical specs into BOQ scope and answer customer inquiries.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with key buyers and suppliers.
• Present and negotiate techno-commercial terms with customers.

Basic experience - Experience in sales of bearing /Similar products in industrial

2 to 5 Years of experience in Industrial Sales

• Should have the knowledge of Bearings, Housing and coupling or similar products at various industries including - Power, Cement, Steel etc.
• Should have experience with the technical requirement & application details of the above products
• Should have similar experience with customer selection and registration & qualification process in industries like NTPC, BHEL, other private industries etc
• Should have strong stakeholder management experience with customers.
• Should have a grasp of the technical specifications and should be able to translate in scope of supply / BOQ.
• Good in techno-commercial negotiations.
• Should drive the sales and identify new customer.
• Travel all India basis to attend meeting with customer for RFQ discussion, order finalisation.
• Good presentation skill and command over English
