SBFC Finance Limited in Wardha, India, is seeking a sales-focused professional to generate business through direct sourcing, connectors, DSAs, and other channels. The role focuses on expanding the customer base and building a strong loan portfolio.

The candidate will manage relationships with customers, DSAs, and channel partners, coordinate with credit and operations for loan processing, monitor the sales pipeline, ensure compliance, and report daily sales performance to the reporting manager.

• Generate business through direct sourcing, connectors, DSAs, and other channels.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Manage and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, and channel partners.
• Ensure quality customer sourcing and maintain the required credit profile.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
• Monitor the sales pipeline, login files, approvals, and disbursements.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Track daily sales performance and submit regular business reports to the reporting manager.
