Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a results-oriented professional to drive Home Loan and LAP business through builders, DSAs, DSTs and referrals. You will build and strengthen relationships with channel partners to expand the sourcing network.

You will guide customers through the loan journey, coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal and Technical teams for faster processing, track market trends, and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with builders, channel partners, and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the sourcing network.
• Achieve monthly business, sourcing, and disbursement targets.
• Guide customers through the loan journey and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for faster loan processing and disbursement.
• Track local market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory guidelines.
