You will identify and engage potential customers, verify eligibility, collect documents, and move loan applications through credit, legal and operations toward approval and disbursement.

Responsabilités

• Lead generation: Find new customers through market visits, builders, dealers and references.
• Customer acquisition: Identify salaried and self-employed applicants for Home Loans and LAP.
• Loan sourcing: Collect details and documents; initiate loan applications.
• Financial assessment: Assess income, repayment capacity and credit profile.
• Documentation: Gather KYC, income proofs, bank statements and property papers.
• Coordination: Liaise with credit, legal, technical and operations teams towards approval and disbursement.
• Sales targets: Achieve monthly login, sanction, disbursement and revenue targets.
• Relationship management: Maintain ties with customers and partners.
• Follow-up: Track applications and resolve gaps until disbursement.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies and KYC/AML norms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead generation: Find new customers through market visits, builders, property dealers, DSAs, connectors and existing customer references.
• Customer acquisition: Identify salaried and self-employed customers eligible for Home Loans and LAP.
• Loan sourcing: Collect customer details and documents, and initiate loan applications.
• Financial assessment: Understand customer income, repayment capacity, credit profile and property details.
• Documentation: Collect KYC, income proof, bank statements, ITR, property papers and other required documents.
• Coordination: Work with credit, legal, technical and operations teams to move loan files toward approval and disbursement.
• Sales targets: Achieve monthly targets for login, sanction, disbursement, revenue and customer acquisition, as applicable.
• Relationship management: Maintain relationships with customers, builders, brokers, DSAs and other business partners.
• Follow-up: Track applications, resolve documentation gaps and follow up until disbursement.
• Compliance: Follow company policies, KYC/AML requirements and responsible lending practices.
