Job summary

Greytip Software Private Limited is seeking a field sales professional in Bengaluru to drive loan disbursements and financing targets. You will generate leads through field sales, referrals, and partnerships while expanding the portfolio and revenue contributions.

The role involves upselling financial products, acquiring new customers, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will address queries on loan products, ensure KYC and documentation, and coordinate with risk teams for smooth

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly/quarterly loan disbursement or financing targets
• Generate new business leads through field sales, referrals, and partnerships
• Increase portfolio size and overall revenue contribution
• Upsell/cross-sell additional financial products (top-ups, insurance, add-ons)
• Acquire new customers in assigned territory/segment
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
• Address customer queries related to loan products, terms, and processes
• Source quality customers in line with credit policies
• Ensure proper KYC, documentation, and eligibility checks
• Maintain low delinquency/NPA levels in sourced accounts
• Coordinate with credit and risk teams for smooth approvals
• Convert leads into disbursements within defined TAT
• Maintain a healthy lead-to-conversion ratio
• Follow structured sales processes and pitch financing solutions accurately
• Conduct product demos and financial consultations as required
