Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Promotion: Conduct farmer meetings, field days, and crop demonstrations (Paddy, Moong, Cotton, Vegetable crops, etc.).
• Dealer Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and identify new retail points.
• Target Achievement: Ensure monthly sales and collection targets are met within the assigned pocket.
• Market Feedback: Provide real-time updates on crop conditions and competitor activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Seed or Agri-input sales.
• In-depth knowledge of the local geography and farming community in Chhattisgarh.
