Doctor Seeds Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated, commercially driven, and result-oriented Sales Officers to strengthen our seed business, expand dealer and distributor networks, and drive market development across multiple states in India.

We invite applications from candidates with a strong understanding of agriculture, effective sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to build long‑term relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers.

Qualification

• B.Sc. Agriculture
• M.Sc. Agriculture
• MBA in Agri-Business Management will be preferred.

Experience

23 years of experience preferred, particularly in the seed industry, agricultural inputs, or allied agri‑business sectors.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship building skills with dealers and distributors.
• Confidence in negotiation, persuasion, and sales generation.
• Practical understanding of agriculture, cropping systems, and local farming practices.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and other digital/business tools.
• Ability to identify market opportunities and translate market requirements into sales activities.
• Strong follow‑up and payment collection.

Local market experience will be preferred. Candidates familiar with dealer networks, regional cropping patterns, farmer requirements, and market dynamics in their preferred location will have an advantage.
