Job summary

• Collect and verify customer documents, including KYC, income proof, property documents, and other required details.
• Coordinate with credit, technical, legal, and operations teams for smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
• Conduct customer visits and assess repayment capacity and profile suitability before login.
• Achieve monthly targets for login, sanction, and disbursement as assigned.
• Maintain regular follow-ups on leads, pending cases, and customer queries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, lending norms, and documentation standards.
• Monitor the local market and identify new business opportunities in affordable housing segments.

• Generate leads through field visits, market mapping, property dealers, and local references.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, developers, and referral partners.
