Job summary

Kaabil is seeking a proactive Lead Generation Executive in Uttar Pradesh to drive personal loan sales. You will generate leads, engage with potential borrowers, and explain loan options, eligibility, and rates. You will coordinate with customers and internal teams to move applications forward.

You will follow up on leads, maintain records, and strive to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets while ensuring accurate documentation and timely submissions.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads for Personal Loan products through calling and other available channels.
• Connect with potential customers and understand their loan requirements.
• Explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and other relevant details.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful loan applications.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams throughout the loan process.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead/customer records.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of customer applications.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide timely support.
