HireFlexperts is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to accelerate growth in PV modules and solar kits. You will develop distributor networks, engage installers/EPCs, and drive channel sales across the Nagpur district.

Responsibilities include managing distributors, achieving targets, tracking market trends, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Travel within the territory is expected as part of growth initiatives.

Formación

• 3–10 years of experience in solar PV module sales.
• Experience with distributor and channel sales is essential.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales of PV Modules and Solar Kits through distributor networks. The candidate will be responsible for distributor management, installer/EPC engagement, sales growth, and market expansion in the assigned territory.

• Drive primary sales of PV modules and solar kits.
• Build relationships with solar installers, EPCs, and channel partners.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–10 years of experience in solar PV module sales.
• Strong experience in distributor and channel sales.
• Knowledge of solar modules, BoS, and solar kits.
• Experience working with installers and EPC partners.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Graduate in Engineering, Science, or Commerce. MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
