HireFlexperts in India seeks an experienced Sales Manager to lead PV module and solar kit sales through distributor networks across the assigned territory. You will manage distributors, drive growth, and coordinate with installers and EPCs.

The role requires 5–10 years in solar PV sales, strong channel management and excellent negotiation skills, with willingness to travel across the region. MBA in Sales & Marketing is a plus.

Formación

• 3–10 years of experience in solar PV module sales.
• Strong distributor and channel sales experience.
• Knowledge of solar modules, BoS, and solar kits.
• Experience working with installers and EPC partners.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Graduate in Engineering, Science, or Commerce; MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
