Job summary

HireFlexperts is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive PV module and solar kit sales through distributor networks in the Hyderabad region. You will manage distributors, engage installers and EPCs, and push growth across residential and small commercial segments.

The role requires 5–10 years in solar PV sales, strong negotiation and relationship skills, and a readiness to travel within the territory. Engineering degree and MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in solar PV module sales.
• Strong experience in distributor and channel sales.
• Knowledge of solar modules, BoS, and solar kits.
• Experience working with installers and EPC partners.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
