3 Point HRM is seeking a Sales Manager - Solar (PV Module) to lead sales across Pune, Delhi and Bangalore. You will drive PV module sales, build EPC/developer relationships and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

In this role you will coordinate with internal teams, monitor market trends, ensure timely collections and work toward revenue targets while expanding channel partnerships in a fast-paced solar market.
