SAFE Refrigerations in Mumbai, India is seeking a Sales Manager/Sales Engineer to develop new business in the assigned territory directly with OEMs and Contractors. The role requires strategic thinking to provide solutions beyond favorable commercials and to align with company objectives.

The candidate should have a BE or equivalent and at least 8 years of sales experience, with exposure to welding products in Aviation, Electrical, Automotive or Medical sectors.

This is not a typical Sales job; the candidate will be expected to be able to strategically think and implement his technical knowledge that he gains during his training period to provide solutions to the customer and not just sell on the basis of favorable commercials.

Requirements:
