Job summary

Fronius India is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth in the welding power sources market across the assigned territory. You will lead presentations and demonstrations of the complete Perfect Welding portfolio, negotiate prices, and close deals with support from the regionalSales Manager.

The role requires self-reliant sales activity, strong communication skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years sales experience in Welding Power Sources or similar products.
• Proven history of sales growth.
• Willingness to be directly involved in all customer sales activities.
• Experience in working with both distribution and direct customer sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing; additional languages preferred.
