Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the Micro LAP product portfolio.
• Source loans with ticket sizes up to ₹25 Lakhs.
• Handle collections for sourced cases and ensure end-to-end processing from login to disbursement.
• Liaise with Operations and Credit, and coordinate with DSAs/connectors/open market channels to source customers.
• Maintain high customer engagement and satisfaction; nurture client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to expand LAP customer base in the open market.
• Plan and execute market promotional activities.
