PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

• Building and managing the Micro Loan Against Property (secured) product.
• Sourcing loans with a maximum ticket size of ?25 Lakhs.
• Responsible for collections of the cases that are sourced.
• Ensure the files are processed from login stage to disbursement and liaise with internal departments (Operations and Credit) for completion.
• Sourcing of customers through DSA, Connector and Open Market Channels.
• Ensuring high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Identifying and pursuing opportunities in the open market to expand the LAP customer base.
• Planning & execution of market promotional activities
