Job summary

Kissht is seeking a Relationship Manager in Tamil Nadu to build and manage the secured Micro LAP product. You will source loans up to 25 Lakhs and ensure end-to-end processing from login to disbursement, coordinating with Operations and Credit.

The role involves strong customer engagement, maintaining client relationships, and expanding LAP through DSA/Connector/Open Market channels, with freshers welcome for sales exposure in a dynamic NBFC setting.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years experience in handling secured micro loan against property product.
• Freshers preferred - interest to work in sales and marketing
• Prior experience in Micro LAP business (2 Lakhs - 15 Lakhs) ticket sizes is mandatory.
• Well-connected and great understanding of local market.
