Job summary

Kissht, a leading NBFC, invites applications for a Relationship Manager in Tamil Nadu. You will build and manage the Micro Loan Against Property (secured LAP) product, sourcing loans via DSA, connector and open market channels, and coordinating with Operations and Credit to disburse.

You will nurture client relationships, drive collections for sourced cases, and promote LAP growth through market activities and high customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Freshers preferred - interest to work in sales and marketing
• 0-2 Years experience in handling secured micro loan against property product.
• Prior experience in Micro LAP business (2 Lakhs - 15 Lakhs) ticket sizes is mandatory.
• Well-connected and great understanding of local market.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Identifying and pursuing opportunities in the open market to expand the LAP customer base.
• Planning & execution of market promotional activities.
