Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in Micro LAP, LAP, Mortgage, Housing Finance, NBFC, or secured lending preferred.
• Prior team-handling experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of DST and connector-driven sales.
• Good communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Strong field sales and business development orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team of 5 Sales Officers/Executives.
• Drive Micro LAP business through DSTs, connectors, and open-market sourcing.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets through the team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with connectors and customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the connector network.
• Monitor daily team performance, leads, logins, approvals, and disbursements.
• Conduct regular market visits and support the team in customer meetings and case closures.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Operations, and other teams for smooth processing.
• Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to company policies and processes.
• Monitor EDA, collections, and portfolio quality.
• Track competitor activities and market trends to generate new business opportunities.
