Job summary

Hotelecia is seeking a Sales Manager for Gonda to build and manage a secured Micro LAP product portfolio. You will source loans up to ₹25 Lakhs and oversee collections, coordinating with Operations and Credit to ensure smooth disbursement.

You will also develop local market channels (DSA, Connector, Open Market) to grow LAP customers, maintain strong client relationships, and execute targeted promotional activities in the market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of secured Micro LAP experience (2 Lakhs–25 Lakhs) required.
• Minimum 12th Pass.
• Experience in Micro LAP business (2–25 Lakhs) mandatory.
• Strong local market knowledge and connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the Micro LAP product portfolio.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

• Building and managing the Micro Loan Against Property (secured) product.
• Sourcing loans with a maximum ticket size of ?25 Lakhs.
• Responsible for collections of the cases that are sourced.
• Ensure the files are processed from login stage to disbursement and liaise with internal departments (Operations and Credit) for completion.
• Sourcing of customers through DSA, Connector and Open Market Channels.
• Ensuring high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients.
