Qualifications

• Passion for sales with proven results; experience in real estate, institutional, hospitality, or high-end automobile sales.
• Experience in any client servicing role.
• Ability to make effective pitches using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication, written and oral; strong interpersonal skills.
• Target-focused and able to work under pressure.
• Meet with clients to discuss requirements.
• Maintain databases and follow up regularly.
• Liaise with clients such as homeowners, builders, commercial establishments, or consultants.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements.
• Be the single point of contact for the client until project conversion and report progress to seniors.
• Ideate and execute lead generation methods.
• Present workable solutions leading to conversions.
• Raise estimates/quotations based on customization.

About the Role:

• Passion for sales and prior experience in sales with proven results. Preferable real estate, institutional, hospitality and high-end automobile sales.
• Experience in any client servicing role
• Make effective sales pitch/presentation, in terms of ideas and use of tools like excel and PowerPoint.
