Job summary

Muthoot Finance in Puducherry seeks a sales-focused professional to drive new KYC business and recruit Sales Executives across branches. The role requires hands-on field training to lift sales habits, communication, and productivity while aligning targets with management goals.

Travel across clusters for meetings and reviews, with TA/DA eligibility. Candidate should identify key ROIs through market analysis and ensure timely, quality lead generation and business growth.

• Selection staff as Sales executives for every branch and conducting on field Training and Hand holding them to increase the sales habits, Sales communication and increase productivity.
• Allocation, Monitoring & Delivering the desired target on time, which will assigned by Management.
• Travelling across the cluster to conduct Meetings/Training/Reviews. (Actual TA & DA will be paid on eligibility)
• Identify the Key result areas by conducting market analysis and decide the Activity, Location & Date.
• Conducting timely staff reviews to increase the Leads quality, quantity and business.
