Muthoot Finance in Bengaluru invites applications for a Cluster Sales Manager to lead frontline sales across branches. The role focuses on building the new KYC business, selecting and training staff, and delivering agreed targets with motivation and incentives.

You will travel within the cluster for meetings and reviews, monitor performance, optimize lead quality, and implement market strategies to maximize growth in a competitive micro-market.

Responsabilités

• New KYC business development for the cluster.
• Select staff as sales executives for each branch and train them.
• Allocate, monitor and deliver targets on time with incentives.
• Travel across the cluster for meetings, training and reviews.
• Identify KRAs via market analysis and plan activity/location/date.
• Conduct staff reviews to improve leads quality and volume.

Roles and Responsibilities

• SM should responsible to do the new KYC business.
• Selection staff as Sales executives for every branch and conducting on field Training and Hand holding them to increase the sales habits, Sales communication and increase productivity.
• Allocation, Monitoring & Delivering the desired target on time, which will assigned by Management. (Attractive incentives/Rewards/Awards will be paid on the basis of performance)
• Travelling across the cluster to conduct Meetings/Training/Reviews. (Actual TA & DA will be paid on eligibility)
• Identify the Key result areas by conducting market analysis and decide the Activity, Location & Date.
• Conducting timely staff reviews to increase the Leads quality, quantity and business.
