Job summary

Muthoot Finance is seeking a Cluster Sales Manager in Bengaluru to lead field sales and KYC-based business development. You will recruit branch staff, train and mentor them, and drive performance across the cluster. Travel will be required to meetings and reviews, with eligible TA/DA.

The role emphasizes people leadership, strong communication, and the ability to analyze markets to optimize activity, location, and scheduling. A regular degree is expected, with 3–6 years of experience.

• Travel across the cluster to conduct meetings, training and reviews (TA/DA paid on eligibility).
• Identify key results through market analysis and plan activity, location and dates.
• Conduct timely staff reviews to improve leads quality and volume and business.

Roles and Responsibilities

• SM should responsible to do the new KYC business.
• Selection staff as Sales executives for every branch and conducting on field Training and Hand holding them to increase the sales habits, Sales communication and increase productivity.
• Allocation, Monitoring & Delivering the desired target on time, which will assigned by Management. (Attractive incentives/Rewards/Awards will be paid on the basis of performance)
• Travelling across the cluster to conduct Meetings/Training/Reviews. (Actual TA & DA will be paid on eligibility)
• Identify the Key result areas by conducting market analysis and decide the Activity, Location & Date.
• Conducting timely staff reviews to increase the Leads quality, quantity and business.
