Job summary

Muthoot Finance is seeking a Cluster Sales Manager in Bengaluru to drive new KYC business and lead branch sales teams across the cluster. You will recruit and train sales executives, monitor performance, and ensure timely target delivery while optimizing incentives based on results.

The role requires strong leadership, direct sales experience, and excellent communication skills. Travel within the cluster is expected to attend meetings, trainings, and reviews.

Responsibilities

• Sales Manager should drive new KYC business.
• Select staff as sales executives for each branch and conduct on-field training.

• Travel across the cluster for meetings, training and reviews.
• Identify KRAs via market analysis and plan activity, location and date.
• Conduct timely staff reviews to improve leads and business.

Roles and Responsibilities

• SM should responsible to do the new KYC business.
• Selection staff as Sales executives for every branch and conducting on field Training and Hand holding them to increase the sales habits, Sales communication and increase productivity.
• Allocation, Monitoring & Delivering the desired target on time, which will assigned by Management. (Attractive incentives/Rewards/Awards will be paid on the basis of performance)
• Travelling across the cluster to conduct Meetings/Training/Reviews. (Actual TA & DA will be paid on eligibility)
• Identify the Key result areas by conducting market analysis and decide the Activity, Location & Date.
• Conducting timely staff reviews to increase the Leads quality, quantity and business.
