Job summary

Muthoot Finance in Bengaluru is seeking a Cluster Sales Manager to drive new KYC business and lead branch sales teams. You will select staff, train them on field, monitor performance and ensure timely delivery of targets with incentives based on results.

The role requires strong sales experience, territory knowledge, local language ability, people management, and negotiation skills. Travel across the cluster for meetings and reviews is expected.

Responsibilities

• SM should be responsible to do the new KYC business.

• Allocation, monitoring & delivering targets on time, with attractive incentives based on performance.
• Travelling across the cluster to conduct meetings/training/reviews; TA & DA paid on eligibility.
• Identify KRAs by market analysis and decide activity, location and date.
• Conduct timely staff reviews to increase leads quality and volume.

Roles and Responsibilities

• SM should responsible to do the new KYC business.
• Selection staff as Sales executives for every branch and conducting on field Training and Hand holding them to increase the sales habits, Sales communication and increase productivity.
• Allocation, Monitoring & Delivering the desired target on time, which will assigned by Management. (Attractive incentives/Rewards/Awards will be paid on the basis of performance)
• Travelling across the cluster to conduct Meetings/Training/Reviews. (Actual TA & DA will be paid on eligibility)
• Identify the Key result areas by conducting market analysis and decide the Activity, Location & Date.
• Conducting timely staff reviews to increase the Leads quality, quantity and business.
