Job summary

Muthoot Finance in Bengaluru is seeking a Cluster Sales Manager to drive new KYC business and lead sales across the cluster. You will select and train staff for each branch, monitor performance, and ensure timely target achievement with incentives linked to results.

The role requires maintaining territorial familiarity, strong communication, and people-management skills, with travel across the cluster for meetings and coaching.

Responsibilities

• New KYC business development across the cluster.
• Staff selection as Sales executives for every branch and on-field training/hand-holding to increase sales habit and productivity.
• Allocate, monitor and deliver targets on time as assigned by Management (incentives/awards based on performance).
• Travel across the cluster to conduct meetings, training and reviews; TA/DA paid on eligibility.
• Identify key result areas by market analysis and decide activity, location and date.
• Conduct timely staff reviews to improve leads quality and quantity.

Roles and Responsibilities

• SM should responsible to do the new KYC business.
• Selection staff as Sales executives for every branch and conducting on field Training and Hand holding them to increase the sales habits, Sales communication and increase productivity.
• Allocation, Monitoring & Delivering the desired target on time, which will assigned by Management. (Attractive incentives/Rewards/Awards will be paid on the basis of performance)
• Travelling across the cluster to conduct Meetings/Training/Reviews. (Actual TA & DA will be paid on eligibility)
• Identify the Key result areas by conducting market analysis and decide the Activity, Location & Date.
• Conducting timely staff reviews to increase the Leads quality, quantity and business.
