Job summary

You will build strong relationships with partners, drive sales of loan products, and help achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets while ensuring seamless processing with internal teams and strict adherence to policies.

Job description

• Identify, onboard, and develop new channel partners (DSAs, connectors, referral partners, and other sourcing channels) to expand the company's distribution network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure consistent business generation and long-term engagement.
• Drive sales of loan products including Unsecured Business Loans, Personal Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and other lending products through the channel network.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets by maximizing partner productivity and business conversion.
• Monitor the performance of channel partners and provide continuous support, guidance, and training to improve their effectiveness.
• Ensure accurate and timely login of loan applications while maintaining high quality sourcing in line with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Credit, Operations, Login Desk, and Business Support to ensure seamless case processing and faster turnaround time.
• Conduct regular meetings, business reviews, and engagement activities with channel partners to strengthen relationships and drive business growth.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities and recommend growth strategies.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of partner interactions, sales activities, and business performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, operational processes, and regulatory compliance throughout the sales cycle.
