Job summary

ACURA SOLUTIONS LTD is seeking a sales/loan processing professional to lead generation sourcing, build DSAs and coordinate with multiple stakeholders for end-to-end loan processing up to disbursement.

The role requires managing relationships with DSAs and real estate agents, ensuring policy compliance and maintaining low delinquency rates across the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation Sourcing: Drive open-market sourcing, direct sales, and digital lead conversion for home loans and mortgage products.
• Channel Management: Build, empanel, and manage relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), builders, real estate agents, and connectors.
• Team Leadership (if applicable): Mentor, train, and manage a team of [Relationship Officers or Sales Executives] to maximize productivity and regional target achievements.
• End-to-End Processing: Oversee file login, initial document/CIBIL verification, coordination with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams up to final loan disbursement.
• Compliance Portfolio Quality: Ensure strict adherence to internal credit policies, regulatory guidelines, and low delinquency/NPA rates
