Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business for Home Loans and Loans Against Property (LAP).


• Identify and develop business through DSA, connectors, builders, and other sourcing channels.


• Build and maintain relationships with customers, channel partners, and referral sources.


• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch business growth.


• Generate leads through field visits, market mapping, and customer referrals.


• Coordinate with credit, operations, and processing teams for smooth loan disbursement.


• Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads.


• Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.


• Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
