Job summary

Veerwal Getwork Services is seeking a target-driven sales professional in Rohtak, India to drive home loan and LAP business. You will source leads through DSAs, brokers, builders and direct market channels, while building strong relationships with channel partners.

You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to sanction and disbursement, coordinating with credit, legal and operations teams. Regular MIS/CRM reporting and meeting monthly targets are expected.

Responsibilities

• Generate business for Home Loans and LAP in the assigned territory.
• Source leads through DSAs, DST, connectors, builders, brokers, and direct market sourcing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with DSA/channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and increase customer acquisition.
• Meet customers, understand their financial requirements, and pitch suitable loan products.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation login sanction disbursement.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, Operations, and other internal teams.
• Ensure timely submission of customer KYC, income, and property documents.
• Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely disbursement.
• Achieve monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
• Maintain regular business from existing channel partners and onboard new DSAs.
• Track sales performance, maintain MIS/CRM records, and provide regular reports.
