Ruptech Financial Services is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead the Direct Auto Loan business through used car dealers. The role requires deep knowledge of the used car market, strong dealer relationships, and expertise in RTO documentation and loan processing.

You will drive sales, manage onboarding and documentation, ensure compliance, monitor performance, and report to senior management while meeting monthly and quarterly targets.

Formación

• 2–8 years of auto loan experience, preferably in the used car segment.
• Strong knowledge of used car market dynamics and dealer ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with RTO documentation and compliance.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in auto finance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades
